We’ll store your stock in our secure fulfilment warehouses, where it will be ready for pick, pack and despatch immediately upon receipt of new orders. You always have real-time visibility of your stock levels, orders and shipments via our online client portal.
Yes, absolutely. Our fulfilment stock warehouses are always kept secure and safe, with stock management controlled by modern stock management systems and strict quality processes. We always maintain a tight control of your stock.
At Adstral, we use specialist 3PL order management software that integrates fully with all major eCommerce platforms. Our system will automatically check your websites and other online sales channels for new orders on a regular basis. We can also import your sales orders using csv files or direct data transfer. You can also enter fulfilment orders directly, via our secure client portal.
Some can do this but not all fulfilment companies. Adstral connects to all major eCommerce channels, e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, NotOnTheHighStreet (and many others too). And, of course, eBay and Amazon. Your customers’ orders will automatically be downloaded and immediately made ready for picking, packing and shipping.
A fulfilment company will despatch orders depending on your delivery requirements. At Adstral, all orders received before 5pm will be picked, packed and shipped on the same weekday, unless you specify otherwise. By arrangement, we can also provide a later cut-off time.
We guarantee full order accuracy. However, in the highly unlikely event that it does happen, we’ll make sure that the error is immediately rectified – at our expense.
